Hyperion City Hotel & Spa - Chania (Crete)

The views from our balcony were fine, but the parking situation was frustrating . Plenty of beach activities nearby enhanced our experience.

The setting was quite perfect and the best within easy reach of Koum Kapi Beach.

Clean and appealing place and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and tasteful with see view and I loved very good staff. The location was great, just a short walk away from Old Venetian Harbor. Further, it was just next door to the beaches and the downtown area, old town and the town center. You guys made my stay great.

I loved the amazing sea view from my spacious triple room! The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh options every day. Only downside was the noise from the busy street 😊

The hotel sits on a noisy street, impacting the overall tranquility. The fitness area consists of minimal equipment, and the bar service feels limited, relying mainly on sweet mixers. Confusing parking policies left us frustrated, especially when we were charged for spaces we didn't use.

Staying at Hyperion City Hotel & Spa in Chania was a good experience. The spacious triple room with a sea view provided amazing views from the balcony. The comfortable beds. Breakfast changed daily and featured quality options, though I wished for more fresh fruit choices. Staff were cute and eager to help. The indoor pool was rather underwhelming, mostly in the shade was great. A brief walk led us to a lovely beach, so we weren't too disappointed. One frustrating aspect was the limited parking space around the hotel, tricky at times. The hotel had a vibrant ambiance and modern design.

I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff who consistently provided really good service. The location right outside the old town.

Beach towels were not provided.

Air conditioning worked great, but the wi-fi was really spotty in rooms.

Perfect Location and Great Service

We enjoyed a good stay, relishing the short stroll to both the town and the beach. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely balcony that offered fine views. The staff consistently were very good too ensure our comfort, and the breakfast featured a wonderful variety of options that kept our mornings fresh and exciting. One downside was that the parking was a bit tricky, so definitely plan ahead if you're driving.

The spacious Double Room Pool View was not only modern but offered fine views. Breakfast was a good affair with a variety of options that changed daily. The staff were attentive, and Katerina at reception were pretty good with tips on local attractions. The relaxing pool area was a great spot to unwind after a day exploring Chania. The hotel is just a short walk to the charming Venetian harbor, made our evenings magical.

Can recommend for a fleeting stay

Good stay, awesome breakfast, with really good amenities including a refreshing outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour reception, made our arrival seamless after a short journey from the airport.

The room was awesome with a huge balcony and a comfy sofa. I loved the big TV and the coffee machine. The bathroom had a rain shower and free toiletries. Rented a private jacuzzi for 60eur, so worth it! Breakfast was diverse and the chicken salad from the bar menu was a must-try!

We had a lovely spacious room with a amazing sea view, made every morning a joy. The breakfast was not just good, it was really good with fresh baked goods that changed daily!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable considering the experience.
